The Seneca County Sheriff's office is now releasing details on a fatal crash that happened Tuesday night at 8 on Burgess Road in the Town of Waterloo.
Sheriff Jack Stenberg tells us a vehicle being driven by 76 year old Anthony E. Grillone, of Stone Church Road Waterloo was north bound on Burgess Road when he failed to negotiate a curve.
The vehicle left the roadway and went into a ditch and hit a stone culvert and then overturned. Grillone was not wearing a seat belt. He was pronounced dead at Geneva General Hospital. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
