A little guy born at Geneva General on August 17th is in the fight of his life. Baby Blake the son of Tracey Purdy and Dean Simmons of Seneca Falls is in New York City at Mt. Sinai waiting for a heart transplant. Tracy tells us Blake was home for a week and a half and went in for a check up when a problem was spotted .
Blake was diagnosed with NON-COMPACTION CARDIOMYOPATHY
Doctors are prepared to do a heart transplant when conditions are right. Keep in mind Blake is just a month old.
Family supporters will gather at 7:00pm Saturday, at People’s Park in Seneca Falls for a prayer vigil.
