Auburn Police Chief Neagle On "Bath Salts"

It's getting to be a big problem. This past week new Auburn Police Chief Brian Neagle says 4 of his 5 midnight shift officers were tied up on cases involving people who were reportedly high on "bath salts." Neagle says his department will work on efforts to curb the problem.

Cayuga County DA John Budelman is working on a county law that will help battle the problem.
