Man Makes Bomb Threat to Arnot Mall Store

A bomb threat made to a store at the Arnot Mall Tuesday morning resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old Elmira man. 

David Lopez is accused of phoning in a threat to the Lid's hat store shortly before noon Tuesday.  A search of the store was conducted and no explosive device found. 

                                

Lopez is charged with felony falsely reporting an incident and was sent to Chemung County Jail following his arraignment.
