Canandaigua Police Arrest Virginia Man In Domestic Dispute

 

A combative 55 year old Roanoke, Virginia man was arrested by Canandaigua Police Friday night when he refused to leave an apartment and allegedly punched an occupant in the head several times. Todd Curtis is charged with Criminal Trespass,  Criminal Contempt, Aggravated Family Offense, and two counts of Assault. He was in the apartment in violation of an order of protection. While being processed Curtis fought  with police officers. Once they got him settled down Curtis  was committed to the Ontario County Jail without bail.
