Two Waterloo graduates who now attend RIT are making a video game, according to the Finger Lakes Times. Two years in the making, Dan Plate and Gary Porter have released an online demo of the game hoping to raise funds through Kickstarter.com. They have already raised $7,515. The game is called Super Daryl Deluxe and it is a 2 dimensional slapstick action role playing game. Anyone can download the demo version of the game with up to 2 hours of free content. And anyone who donates over $100 to the Kickstarter campaign gets their own character made. The creators are hoping to fully release the game by January 2016.
