    The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    The coldest wind chills are expected over the exposed, higher elevations overnight into Sunday morning. Northwest winds will be gusting between 25 to 40 mph at times overnight. Isolated power outages are possible. Wind gusts gradually diminish on Sunday, falling below 25 mph for most locations.

The Geneva Fire Department was dispatched Friday morning to a car fire in the city, parked close to a house on Austin Place. Crews worked quickly to extinguish it, and the fire was contained to just the vehicle.
