Canandaigua Farmers Market
8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Every Saturday from June through October the Canandaigua Farmer’s Market vendors offer farm fresh and local products including jams and jellies, mustards and maple syrup as well as mountains of fresh salad greens, brightly colored vegetables, sweet smelling flowers and plants, freshly baked goodies and golden local honey – just to name a few of the goodies available each week.

The market hours are from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM each Saturday and is located in the pavilion on Mill Street, one block east of Main Street and runs from June 6st to Oct. 31th rain or shine from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm.  Just follow the yellow Farmers Market signs.  Sign up for a weekly email that will tell you what special items will be available that week – or learn more about the vendors by clicking on the   “meet the vendor page” on the market’s web site at www.canandaiguafarmersmarket.com   or like the Canandaigua Farmer’s Market on Facebook.

Port Byron Fire Dept. 10th Annual Classic & Antique Car Show

The public is welcome to attend the Port Byron Fire Department's 10th Annual Classic and Antique Car Show and Swap Meet, Saturday August 1st, 9 am to 3 pm, at the Port Byron Central Schools, located on Route 31.

It'll be a  day of fun, food and music. All proceeds benefity the Port Byron Fire Dept.

Car Pre-Registration is $8.00. Car Registration, Day of the Show is $10.

Vendor Tables are $10.00.

Rose Hill Mansion Opens

The Rose Hill Mansion will open for the 2015 season on Friday, May 1. Administered by the Geneva Historical Society, the Greek Revival mansion and National Historical Landmark perches above Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes.

Rose Hill Mansion is located at 3373 Route 96A, about a mile south of Routes 5&20, near Geneva, New York. The house is open May 1 to October 31, Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Mondays and July 4. The last daily tour is at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, at 4 p.m. on Saturday and 5 p.m. on Sundays. The grounds are open year round, free of charge.

Keep Your Heart Up to Par Tournament
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

The 19th annual “Keep Your Heart Up To Par” golf tournament is slated Monday,

August 3 at the Seneca Falls Country Club with a noon start. 

The tournament benefits the Geneva General Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation

patient scholarship fund. 

Players are being sought for the four-person scramble. Cost is $70 per person.

Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival
7:30 PM - 9:30 PM

The Finger Lakes Chamber Music Festival's concert "On Wings of Song" takes place at Hunt Country Vineyards on Italy Hill Road in Branchport on August 1 at 7:30pm.  Members of the Manhattan Chamber Orchestra will perform: Thomas Goodheart, voice; Artistic Director Richard Auldon Clark, viola; Urara Mogi, violin 1; Maxim Levin, violin 2; and Peter Prosser, cello. The program will include Barber's "Dover Beach"; R.A. Clark's "Frederick Douglass" and Borodin's "String Quartet".

Concert includes a reception. Venue is wheelchair accessible.
