Rose Hill Mansion Opens

The Rose Hill Mansion will open for the 2015 season on Friday, May 1. Administered by the Geneva Historical Society, the Greek Revival mansion and National Historical Landmark perches above Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes.

Rose Hill Mansion is located at 3373 Route 96A, about a mile south of Routes 5&20, near Geneva, New York. The house is open May 1 to October 31, Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Mondays and July 4. The last daily tour is at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, at 4 p.m. on Saturday and 5 p.m. on Sundays. The grounds are open year round, free of charge.

Keep Your Heart Up to Par Tournament
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

The 19th annual “Keep Your Heart Up To Par” golf tournament is slated Monday,

August 3 at the Seneca Falls Country Club with a noon start. 

The tournament benefits the Geneva General Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation

patient scholarship fund. 

Players are being sought for the four-person scramble. Cost is $70 per person.

4-H Rifle/Air Rifle/Air Pistol Workshops
1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

4-H Rifle/Air Rifle/Air Pistol Workshops Sundays, August 2nd and 9th from 1-6 pm and Monday, August 10th from 6-8 pm at the Branchport Rod and Gun Club. Participants must be enrolled 4-H members and be 9 year old as of January 1st of the current year to participate in Air Rifle, 10 to participate in Air Pistol, and 12 to participate in rifle. Youth should attend all 3 sessions. The cost is $15.00 for 1 youth or a family rate of $25.00 for 2 youth or $30.00 for 3 or more youth. Please sign up with the 4-H office by July 27th.
