Bottle and Can Drive: Saturday Oct. 4 at Coon Cans in Waterloo/Seneca Falls, from 9AM - 12 PM.

Ron was diagnosed with MS in 2005. He needs medical equipment in order to walk again. Insurance is not covering the equipment. Lets help him raise the money needed. Bring your bottles and cans Saturday. Hope to see you there!

They will continue to collect for Ron after Saturday. Just let them know it is a donation for Ron Buckley.

The Seneca Falls American Legion will be collecting canned goods throughout the month of October to be donated to the House of Concern's food pantry.  For every canned good donated, you get 1 chance in a raffle to win a gift certificate to a local establishment.  For every can of soup dontated, you earn 2 chances in the raffle. With the cooler months approaching, help us fill as many shelves of the pantry as possible. Free College Planning Workshop

Worried about paying for your student’s College Education?  Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union has partnered with College Assistance Plus (CAPlus) and is presenting a Free Educational Workshop!

This workshop will cover information on reducing college costs, preventing costly mistakes parents make during the college process, the debt issue, academic selectivity, exploring Financial Aid packages and how to better handle this big financial decision.

  • Follow the journey of food insecurity and the serious implications that hunger poses in America with A Place at the Table.” Also included with the viewing will be a panel discussion with local service providers in Geneva whose work centers on nutrition and, hunger alleviation, and food security. This event is free and open to the public. Parking is available in the North Medbery Lot adjacent to Pulteney St., Geneva.
