PUBLIC ASTRONOMY NIGHT at the

SOUTHERN CAYUGA PLANETARIUM

The feature, Birth, Life, and Death of a Star describes the evolution of stars, focusing on our Sun. It is accompanied by a stars-on-the-dome program, What’s Up. The show is at 7:30, Friday, August  22. Clear skies permitting, our nearby Observatory will open after the Planetarium presentation.

The event is free and open to all. We take no reservations but advise arriving fifteen minutes early for the best seating. Doors close when the theater’s sixty seats are filled.
