Auburn Rotary Centennial Clock Project
7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

It's not too late to be part of the Auburn Rotary Club's Centennial Clock project this year. The Auburn Rotary Club is donating a gorgeous Verdin street clock to the City of Auburn to commemorate Auburn's 200th anniversary.

Purchase a name sponsorship to this for as little as $300.  Honor the memory of a loved one, perpetuate a family name or just show community support!

Or if you so choose, make a donation to help the Auburn Rotary Club continue with its great community service.

Learn more from AuburnRotaryNY.org

The clock will be unveiled and dedicated during Memorial Day weekend, Monday, May 25th.

Walk down any dairy aisle and you will see a variety of yogurt products that boggle the mind. Yogurt is a popular choice for many of us because of its healthful properties, flavor and convenience. But, did you know that you can easily make yogurt at home? Making yogurt at home will save you money along with controlling your ingredients. Join Hope Galens, Cornell Cooperative Extension Local Food Educator and skilled yogurt maker, Jeanne Totman, for a how-to yogurt making class. Hope and Jeanne will walk you through the steps of yogurt making with a demonstration and discussion of various recipes and equipment options. Participants will learn how to make yogurt and other uses for yogurt such as dressings, marinades, dips and more. Each participant will leave with recipes and their own cup of homemade yogurt.

Cost: $15 per person. Pre-registration requested by Wednesday, January 28, 2015.
