Walking Trail
6:00 AM - 7:15 AM

In partnership with Our Town Rocks (OTR), Dundee Central School is pleased to share the opening of the  DCS Walking Trail. The DCS Walking Trail is a walking course that has been identified for community members to walk inside the school building during the cold winter months. One course includes stairs and a second does not. The Walking Trail is clearly marked and can be accessed by parking by the outside basketball court and using the entrance by the nurse's office. The Walking Trail is open to the public on days that school is in session, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 7:15 am and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Working together to promote health and wellness in our community!

Brayden was born on 1/30/16 at golisano children's hospital in Rochester. NY brayden was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit on the day that he was born due to lack of oxygen to his brain at time of delivery. Brayden was intubated and transported to the neonatal intensive care until immediately for stabilization. Due to given possible seizure activity shortly after birth, encephalopathy diagnosis, low apgar's and significant respiratory depression, the decision was made to initiate the cooling protocol. Brayden remains itubated at this time and now after four days of cooling, the medical team will begin to warm him up. Once brayden is re-warmed, the medical staff will re-examine brayden's brain activity. Due to brayden diagnosis.
