Saint George Macedonian Orthodox Church is proud to present its 10th Annual Macedonian Ethnic Festival taking place from Friday August 3rd through Sunday August 5th.
The vibrant Macedonian population in Syracuse, New York has played an active role in the Central New York Community for many years, participating in events such as the New York State Fair and the Festival of Nations. We are pleased and honored to share our cultural diversity, heritage, customs, and traditions with Central New Yorkers. We encourage our fellow community members to join in a memorable celebration, and take in the customary folk dances and ethnic food, as well as a traditional wedding performance and pig roast on Saturday, August 4th.
Experience the warmth of the Macedonian soul hospitality by sampling the wine, dance along with us, and take a glimpse at our extraordinary frescoes. The people of Saint George Macedonian Orthodox Church welcomes everyone with free admission and parking, traditional Macedonian food and drinks, live music, and church tours! Saint George Macedonian Orthodox Church would also like to thank our 2012 festival sponsors, including Romano Auto Dealerships, Govsphere, Summit Automotive Group, John & Sons Fly Road Market, and Liberty Deli.
