All the creameries of the Finger Lakes Cheese Trail have come together on one farm for one day -- to create a fun-filled family event on Shtayburne Farm, one of our working farms right outside of Watkins Glen.
Bring the kids for Barnyard Olympics, goat milking, and a petting zoo. Tour the cheese making facility and barns. Meet the NYS Dairy Princesses, watch the yarn spinning demos and pet the Alpacas from Four Season Alpacas, take a cheese making class, and learn about cheese making from one of the region’s top cheese makers. Bring a cooler and stock up on all your favorite cheeses and other local foods like Mom's Mustard.
BBQ from Triple R BBq, juice from Red Jacket Orchards, water, and homemade foods will also be available for purchase - including Dar's Delights with their luscious homemade ice cream! Come for the cheese. Stay for the day!
