The Geneva Jr Panthers Football and Cheerleading program will be having their next sign ups this Wednesday:

June 20th
At the Knights of Columbus (Milton St, Geneva)
From 6-8pm


You MUST bring to registration:

* A copy of your childs birth certificate (A copy- NOT the original, as we do not have a copy machine at this location)
* A wallet sized photo (that we will keep in our records)
* FULL registration payment

Registration fees are:

$50 for flag football/cheer participants - Child MUST be 5 yrs old as of 8/01/2012 to participate
$125 for A, B, or C team participants

*A physical dated after 8/01/2011 will be required before the start of the 1st practice. If you have a current physical, you may bring a copy to registration. If not, you may provide one at a later date, but it must be before the 1st practice (August 1st)


The Geneva Jr Panthers are a member of the Finger Lakes Youth Football and Cheerleading League
