Hypertufa Workshop Tuesday, June 5, 2012 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Cornell Cooperative Extension 480 North Main Street, Canandaigua, NY 14424 Canandaigua, NY - Hypertufa is an artificial stone that is made of materials mixed with Portland cement. It is much lighter than cement but can still withstand harsh weather conditions. It is primarily used as garden art and is fun and easy to make. Master Gardener, Jeanne Totman will guide you through making a hypertufa planter for your garden or for a gift. Bring a flower pot or planter not much larger than a gallon in size, a piece of board or plywood it will fit on and a large garbage bag. Workshop Fee: $10.00 per person.
