The Taylor-Brown Auxiliary will be hosting a Chicken Barbecue at Lafayette Park in Waterloo on Saturday, May 19, beginning at 11 a.m. until sold out. The meal will include ½ chicken, salt potatoes, beans or coleslaw, a roll and a homemade brownie for $8. Dinners can be purchased the day of the barbecue or advanced tickets are available from any Auxiliary member or by calling Debbie Lockett, assistant administrator at Huntington Living Center, at 787-4949. Advanced ticket meals must be picked up by 12:30 p.m.
The Taylor-Brown Auxiliary supports the residents of the Huntington Living Center through special projects and fundraising events throughout the year.
