The main goal of a Comprehensive Plan is to provide a vision and direction for a
community. This vision and direction is determined and developed by the community
itself. What does a community want to be? What will it look like? These are questions
we ask residents. It is with the public’s participation that a Comprehensive Plan is formed.
We ask all residents (year?round/seasonal, renter/owner, young/not so young) to come
and provide their input so that we may make a more robust and representative
Comprehensive Plan for the County.
