Canandaigua, NY - Did you know that you can get fresh, local produce in May?  Asparagus, rhubarb, greens, herbs and radishes are among some of Spring’s first foods in our region.  Join Hope Galens, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ontario County’s Local Food Educator and learn all about these Spring delights. We will also discover and taste new ways to prepare these items.  Participants will leave with a sampling of local produce to prepare at home.

 

Class fee: $10.00 per person
