We will be hosting our FINAL registation for the 2013 Football/ Cheerleading season on Saturday May 4th from 10am - 12pm at Waterloo Little League Fields.

MUST HAVE:
* COPY of birth certificate (no originals please)
* CURRENT picture of child
* Registration Fee
* COPY of physical (dated after 8/1/12) required prior to 1st practice on 8/1/2013


Qualifications- Age as of 8/1/2013:

Flag Football: 5*, 6 & 7 year olds(*5-placed on wait list-preference to 6 year olds first) Flag Cheer: 5 & 6 year olds 

C Squad Football: 8 & 9 years old
C Cheer: 7 & 8 years old

B Squad Football: 10 & 11 years old
B Cheer: 9, 10 & 11 years old

A Squad Football: 12, 13 & 14 years old; 14 year olds must not exceed 135 lbs. on game day
A Cheer: 12, 13 & 14 years old

Cost:
Flag Football & Cheerleading registration fees: $45.00 per child

Football & Cheerleading registration fees: C, B & A Squads (excludes flag)
$100.00 per child; OR $175.00-2 children; $250.00-3; $325.00- 4 
**Late Registration Fee on any application accepted after May 15, 2013 will be $15.00 per application (per child)

Fundraiser Required for 2013 OR Buy Out option due at registration: $75.00-1 child; $125.00-2; $175-3; $225-4--*Note: This buyout is for the 10-week lottery tickets (must sell 5 tickets/child in program-$10/ticket); Must pay for tickets in advance to pick-up equipment in July 2013
