Garlic Workshop and Roundtable

Join us for a workshop about growing garlic! David Stern from Rose Valley Farm is our guest speaker. He has produced garlic for over 30 years and was co-founder of the Garlic Seed Foundation. Rose Valley was one of the first farms to be certified “organic” in New York State. There will also be a Potluck and you will be able to talk to other growers – so bring your favorite garlic dish to pass! In addition there will be a Growers Panel Discussion including Muddy Fingers, Six Circle and other farms.
Fee: $15/person or $25/farm or family. Reservations are required due to limited space/seating. Please pre-register by February 28 online at https://reg.cce.cornell.edu/garlic_244.
