Friday, October 26 2012 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Designed for home-schooled children ages 5-12, children will explore bird migration by mapping the path birds take to their winter grounds and participating in Migration Headache, a physical activity that highlights the impact of human activities on migrating birds. Then, they will work on a project that will leave an improved habitat for birds and other wildlife at Montezuma. Fee: $7/child. Space is limited. Registration required. Call 315-365-3588 or e-mail montezuma@audubon.org.
