Area Superintendents to Speak

Schuyler County League of Women Voters will feature the school superintendents of the Bradford, Odessa-Montour, and Watkins Glen School Districts at their September luncheon. Superintendents Wendy Field, Jim Frame, and Tom Phillips will discuss current issues facing their districts including the new teacher evaluations and The Dignity for All Students Act.
