Local Food Workshop

Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension (SCCCE), along with researchers from Cornell University’s Department of Natural Resources and Nutrition are sponsoring a workshop focused on local foods, wild game and fish, and food decision making on Saturday, September 8th from 3 pm to 6:30 pm at the Fayette Fire Hall, 4200 Route 414, Fayette, NY 13065. Local food-centered appetizers, drinks, and dinner will be provided in this interactive workshop! Your participation in this event will help researchers better understand family food decision making and local food choices, leading to future educational opportunities from Cornell Cooperative Extension. Local chefs from the Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty will be preparing delicious foods for this event.
