DESCRIPTION:The Geneva Jr Panthers Football and Cheerleading program will be having their next sign ups this Wednesday:June 20thAt the Knights of Columbus (Milton St, Geneva)From 6-8pmYou MUST bring to registration:* A copy of your childs birth certificate (A copy- NOT the original, as we do not have a copy machine at this location)* A wallet sized photo (that we will keep in our records)* FULL registration paymentRegistration fees are:$50 for flag football/cheer participants - Child MUST be 5 yrs old as of 8/01/2012 to participate$125 for A, B, or C team participants
*A physical dated after 8/01/2011 will be required before the start of the 1st practice. If you have a current physical, you may bring a copy to registration.
