DESCRIPTION:After the year-long multi-million dollar restoration of the 100-year-old Emerson Park Pavilion, the transformation is complete! The historic Pavilion is ready to serve as a regional venue that can now host simultaneous events on a year-round basis.&nbsp;The Cayuga County Legislature and the Fred L. Emerson Foundation invite the public and the media to the Dedication and Centennial Celebration of the newly restored Emerson Park Pavilion.WHAT:&nbsp;&nbsp; Emerson Park Pavilion Dedication and Centennial Celebration &ndash; great photo opportunities!WHEN:&nbsp;&nbsp; Sunday, June 10th, 2012 at 2:30 p.m.WHERE:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Emerson Park Pavilion, Emerson Park&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6877 East Lake Rd. (State Route 38A), Auburn, NY&nbsp;The dedication ceremony will take place from 2:30 &ndash; 3:00 pm, with a community open house, family friendly tours and refreshments available from 3:00 &ndash; 5:00 pm. Photos from the original Pavilion in 1912 through the renovation of the Pavilion in 2011 and 2012 will be on display.&nbsp;Members of the County Legislature, the Fred L. Emerson Foundation, and H&amp;J Hospitality, who now operates the Pavilion, will be on-hand to participate in the dedication ceremony and share their visions for the facility.
