Jan van der Heide from Bejo Seeds in Geneva, NY, will be our expert guide. Learn about different types of winter vegetables, where to find them, how to prepare them and more. Participants will prepare a dish using one or more winter vegetables. Each family will leave with a selection of fresh, raw, local winter vegetables to prepare at home in addition to other information and resources.&nbsp;Cost: $15 per family.
