SUMMARY:Marketing Webinars for Farmers and Farm Markets
LOCATION:308 Main St. Waterloo 13165
DESCRIPTION:Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension will be hosting the third in a series of six webinars on marketing for farmers and Farm Markets entitled “Building the Marketing Plan” in the conference room of their office at 308 Main Street Shop Centre in Waterloo. The webinar will be held on Tuesday, January 8th from 11 am to 12:30 pm and repeated on Wednesday, January 9th from 6 to 7:30 pm.
You know who you are what you sell and to whom you are trying to sell it. You have an unbiased and reasonably accurate perception of competition, regulations and markets/avenues (or options) for how to sell it. This workshop will help you learn how do you make this pile of information into a reasonable and coherent “plan”.
The presenter will be Marty Broccoli, Agricultural Economic Development Specialist with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oneida County. Marty will show you how to use a process of elimination to find things that cannot (or simply should not) happen and then show you how to reinforce or “flesh out” those ideas which should or could happen to move your business forward. He will also help you produce an unbiased, comprehensive, insightful market analysis.
The full line up can be found on the Seneca County CCE website, www.SenecaCountyCCE.org. There is no charge for the sessions but seating is limited and those interested in attending are asked to register by calling the office at 315-539-9251, e-mailing seneca@cornell.edu, or on line at https://reg.cce.cornell.edu/marketingwebinar_245.
