DESCRIPTION:A fundraiser to support those affected by Crohn&rsquo;s diseaseand Colitis will be held Sunday, Dec. 16 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Tinker&rsquo;sGuild, 78 Franklin St. in Auburn, N.Y. All proceeds from the event will be&nbsp;donated to research efforts by the Crohn&rsquo;s and Colitis Foundation ofAmerica.&nbsp;&nbsp;The event is hosted by two young professionals, Kate Pinckney and MaggieGotch, who work at the same company in Syracuse, N.Y. Both Pinckney andGotch&rsquo;s sisters are battling with Crohn&rsquo;s disease. Abigail Gotch, 22, fromSyracuse, N.Y., and Colleen Pinckney, 25, from Auburn, N.Y. have beenfighting the disease since they were both diagnosed at a very young age.Since diagnosis, both girls have had many surgeries and have been in andout of the hospital numerous times each year.
