DESCRIPTION:With the help of several talented culinary supporters, guests to Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park in Canandaigua will enjoy a different kind of tour on Sunday, September 23rd - an edible one! - at the 1887 Mansion and the Carriage House. This year’s Harvest Progressive Dinner begins in the Victorian-era Mansion where guests will be treated to wine, compliments of Constellation Wine, appetizers sponsored by NYS Assemblyman Brian Kolb, and music played on our 1874 Steinway piano by Bob Hanley. The next destination is the Carriage House just across the lawn to enjoy more wine, homemade soup provided by Nolan’s on the Lake, salad compliments of Manetti’s Canandaigua, apple herb stuffed pork loin prepared by Pepper’s Restaurant, potatoes and vegetable from Canandaigua American Legion Post 256 and rolls from Rise and Shine Bread. Take another walk or tram ride to the Mansion’s newly renovated veranda (weather permitting) or the Mansion Library and Drawing Room and enjoy dessert compliments of Eric’s Uptown Office Restaurant. The cost to attend this elegant dinner at Sonnenberg is $55 per person or $50 per Sonnenberg Member.  There will be seatings at 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM, and each will be limited to 70 guests. Prepaid reservations are required.
