Rochester Man Arrested For DWI When He Didn't Stop for Emergency Vehicle

The Canandaigua Police Dept. reports the arrest of Kabutey Ocansey, 36, of Rochester following a traffic stop on North Main Street after he failed to yield to an emergency vehicle. Ocansey was subsequently charged with felony driving while intoxicated and aggravated operation of motor vehicle with a BAC of .18% or higher. Ocansey was processed and remanded to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
