Ovid Man Charged with Harassment and Reckless Endangerment

On August 17th, 2013 the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Thomas A. Ingandello, age, 26, of 2071 West Seneca Street, Ovid, NY for Harassment in the second degree and Reckless endangerment in the second degree. The arrest stems from a domestic incident between Ingandello and his partner that occurred in the Town of Seneca Falls. Ingandello was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $3000.00 cash or $6000.00 bond. Ingandello is scheduled to reappeared in Seneca Falls Town Court on 08/28/2013 at 10:00am.
