Waterloo Man Arrested for Alleged DWI

The Waterloo Police Department, with assistance from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office, arrested Dennis P. Kalbfleisch, age 38, of 37 Clark Street Waterloo, NY for Driving While Intoxicated. On 7-29-13 at about 1:30 am Kalbfleisch was operating a vehicle east bound in the west bound lane of East Main Street in the Village of Waterloo. Kalbfleisch then drove through a lawn while attempting to make a left turn onto Clark Street. Kalbfleisch was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court for DWI, failure to keep right, improper left turn, and uninspected motor vehicle and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000 cash/$3000 ins bond bail. Kalbfleisch is to return to the Village of Waterloo Court on 9-4-13 at 9:00am.
