Penfield Man Arrested After Picking Up Dropped Money

72-year-old Vincent Pallifrone of Penfield was charged with petit larceny after he took cash that was dropped on the floor by a patron of the Finger Lakes Racino. Mr. Pallifrone admitted that he made no attempt to turn the money into officals at the racino. The amount of the cash that was taken was approximetly $ 1000.00.


He was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Farmington Town Court at a later date.
