Canandaigua Woman Shoves Someone Holding Infant

Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Philip Barber, 28, of Canandaigua following a domestic disturbance taking place at 185 Pleasant Street. Investigation concluded Barber shoved another person while she was holding a 1 month old child. Barber also took her cellular phone and threw it to the floor causing damage. Barber was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief in the 4th degree and harassment in the 2nd degree. Barber was arraigned and releases for appearance in city court at a later date.
