Seneca Falls Woman Give False Name to Police

On April 1st, 2013 at approximately 9:35 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Terri L. Shaffer, age 46, of 282 South Main Street, Apt. 1, Geneva, NY following a trespass complaint that occurred in the Town of Seneca Falls. Town police responded to a local residence for a trespass-in-progress and found a female inside. The female was  intoxicated and had entered without the owner's permission. While investigating this complaint the female, later identified as Terri L. Shaffer, provided a false name to police when being interviewed by police. Shafer was then placed under arrest for False Personation and resisting arrest. Shafer was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court where she was committed to the SCCF on $1500 Cash/$3000 Bond and has to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 04/10/13 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
