On 03/11/13 at or about 3:41 PM Ontario County Sheriff Deputies arrested 45 year old Gilbert Hall of Waterloo for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. He was arrested as a result of a property damage motor vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of State Route 21 and Schutt Road in the Town of Hopewell where he left the scene. State Police located him traveling east bound on County Road 23 in the Town of Phelps and detained him.
