On March 9, 2013 at about 1:31 am 22 year old Thomas Abbott of Manchester was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Rushmore Road in the Town of Farmington. Mr. Abbott's vehicle failed to keep right and Sheriffs Deputies found that he was intoxicated. Mr. Abbott submitted to a breath test whir.h showed that he had a BAC higher than .08%. Mr. Abbolt wus issued citations for Farmington Town Court where he will return at a later date.
