Keefer age 29 of 1380 Middle Black Brook Rd Seneca Falls, NY for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, due to an insurance lapse, and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Keefer was stopped on SR 414 Ovid St in the Town of Seneca Falls and released on UTTs to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 03-28-13 at 1000hrs
