Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of 53 year old David L Meyer of Canandaigua after responding to a disturbance at the Hess Mart on Lakeshore Drive. Upon arrival, police observed a red truck leaving the area. The vehicle was stopped for failing to stop at the stop sign on Muar Street. Meyer was subsequently charged with felony driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or higher, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 1st degree, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device and other minor vehicle and traffic charges. Meyer was remanded to the Ontario County Jail where he will be awaiting arraignment.
