On 3/2/13 at approximately 1021 deputies responded to Eastview Mall for a domestic incident. It was determined upon investigation, that 29-year old Angelo Iacuzza of Victor had committed the crimes of Attempted Petit Larceny and Criminal Contempt Second Degree. He was arrested on 3/7/13 and arraigned in Victor Town Court, and pleaded guilty to one count of Disorderly Conduct. He will return to Victor Town Court for sentencing at a. later date.
