03-07-2013 Seneca County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Cassandra M Kidman, 21, of Port Byron, NY, on a Bench Warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court for Failure to Pay Fine. Kidman was arraigned at the Seneca Falls Town Court where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $225 cash bail.
