03-07-2013 Seneca County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Nicole M. Thuering, 24, of 2124 Water Street, Ovid, NY, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Assault in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from a physical altercation with another female in the Town of Ovid while a child was present. Thuering is to appear before the Town of Ovid Court on March 19th, 2013 to answer the charges.
