The defendant 19 year old James Thousand of Palmyra was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny complaint from Sears Loss Prevention. It is alleged that the defendant stole an Olympus digital camera valued at $169.99. The defendant was processed and issued an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
