34 year old Adam Phil Perkins of Canandaigua was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. The defendant was not properly supervising the 3 and 4 year old children he was babysitting. The children were outside the residence not dressed properly for an extended period of time.
The defendant was arraigned at the Hopewell Town Court by Judge Wooden and committed to jail in lieu of $250.00 cash bail.
