24 year old Angela Marie Ridley was stopped on Main Street in Victor for driving with no headlights. She was found to possess marijuana inside the vehicle and charged with Unlawful possession of marijuana and driving without lights. She will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
