The Defendant 35 year old Noah Joslyn of Port Gibson arrested at his home and charged with one (1) count of Welfare Fraud Fourth Degree and two (2) counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing, as it is alleged by the Ontario County Department of Social Services that Mr. Joslyn did on March 5, 2012, that he provided false information on Food Stamp and H.E.A.P. assistance applications, which resulted in the defendant receiving $1224.00 in Food Stamp Assistance from April 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012. The allegation also states that there was unreported household income - during the same time period. Mr. Joslyn was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Hopewell Town Court on March 19, 2013 @ 5:00p.m. to answer the charges.
