On 02/27/13 at or about 7:00 PM Ontario County Sheriff Deputies arrested 19 year old Lucas M. Goodman of Phelps for petit larceny. He is accused of stealing two cans of beer from the Byrne Dairy in Phelps valued at $4.38. Goodman was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will answer the charge in Phelps Town Court on 03/06/13 at 7:00 PM.
