On February 27th 2013 at approximately 4:36pm Spencer A. Bielewicz (19) of Farmington was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 4th Degree by Ontario Comity Sheriffs Deputies following a traffic stop in the Town of Victor. Mr. Bielewicz was also issued a ticket for speeding in a. zone and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Victor Court at a later date.
